The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
