This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
