In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
