As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
