The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
