The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
