As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 1.98V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
