It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
