ADF4216BRUZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS as its input. An up to 1.2GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.5V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 2.7V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~5.5V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with Clock logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF/IF) component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
