This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V.
