SI5335B-B07734-GMR Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
