SI5395M-A-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic levels is presented here.
