The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
