The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
