As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
