Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. With ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
