The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
