SI5335C-B03915-GMR Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
