The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
