In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
