In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
