The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
