This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz.
