Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
