In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V.
