This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
