The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In this clock generator, CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
