The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
