As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
