The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, Clock, Crystal.
