As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
