Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
