The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
