As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
