As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
