LMK04100SQE/NOPB Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.08GHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.15V~3.45V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS, 2VPECL, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
