As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
