As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
