In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V.
