As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
