As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
