SI5335D-B07308-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
