As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
