Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
