In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
