The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
