A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
