Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
