As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
