SI5335D-B04718-GM Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
