Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
