As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
