It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
